Are you more of a night or morning person?
I’m definitely a morning person. The mornings are so inviting and calm. My soul wakes up with the sun. I’ve always been a morning person, even as a child. There is just something about starting my day off early that keeps me going. Sleeping in seems to waste part of the day.
